The ideal candidate will be responsible, compassionate, flexible and adaptable in an environment that can change moment-to-moment. He or she will also be a team player who is able to interact with staff, volunteers, residents and their families. Must be able to prioritize tasks and problem solve. Previous experience in a health care setting, strong communication skills and experience with end-of-life care a plus.
